Pet Policy
- Two pet limit per apartment
- $150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee & $15 per month (1 pet only)
- $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee & $25 per month (2 pets)
- Pet weight must not exceed 80 lbs.
- Pet must be over one year old
- The following dogs will not be accepted under the pet policy:
- Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire terriers or bull terriers)
- Huskies
- Malamutes
- Doberman pinschers
- Rottweilers and
- Chow chows
Lewis Properties reserves the right to refuse any pet for any reason.
