Maintenance Request
All maintenance requests MUST be submitted through the tenant portal. Please be sure and reference (ex. front bath or rear bath). If you have a TRUE after hours emergency please call 706-540-1979. If you have to leave a message state your name, phone number, address include unit number, and emergency. Then also submit maintenance request through your tenant portal.
What is a TRUE after hours Emergency? An Emergency is one that affects your safety, can cause injury or will cause damage to the property and/or cannot wait until the next business day to be repaired (e.g. leaks that cannot be shut off or contained, electrical issues, no working toilets in apartment, no water (please make sure your bill was paid), unable to secure the property broken door, door lock).
